How to pull up shade curtains without pulleys or chords, just ribbons?
I just purchased some cheap soft shade curtains. The curtains have two long strips running down the front and back of the curtain. They don't have pulleys or chords. How can I pull them up without making it look like they are sloppy and uneven?
